Understand what happens when you use AI-powered features.

Optional AI features

Monthly Finances includes receipt scanning and a financial-question feature. You choose when to use them. AI features are not necessary for manually entering an ordinary expense.

Receipt scanning

When you elect to scan a receipt, the selected image and relevant information can be processed to suggest fields such as merchant, date, total and category. The resulting data is provided for review. Confirm every field before saving an expense.

Ask My Finances

When you ask about your spending or forecast, the service may use relevant authorized transaction information and your question to formulate a response. Answers are convenience summaries, not professional financial advice, and may contain errors.

Camera and microphone

When you choose a camera or microphone workflow, operating-system permissions apply. Permission to use a device sensor does not by itself mean continuous recording. Precise processing and retention details will be confirmed in the published Privacy Policy.

AI processing vendors

Third-party AI processing may be involved. Before public release, this page will identify the actual vendor(s), the categories of data sent, and relevant privacy and retention commitments as verified in the production configuration.

Usage limits

Free and paid tiers may include different quotas, which should always be shown in the product before use or purchase. Review the posted plan details when billing is enabled.
