Terms of Service

1. Accepting the terms

These terms are intended for people using the commercial Monthly Finances service from Vibe Supply Products LLC. The completed signup process will require an affirmative agreement to the final terms and privacy policy. This pre-release text is not yet the final customer contract.

2. What the service does

Monthly Finances is a money-organization, forecasting and receipt-tracking tool. The accuracy of its totals and forecasts depends on information entered, schedules, and corrections made by users. It is not a bank, credit provider, investment adviser, tax adviser, or emergency payment service. Do not rely on its projections as a sole source for time-sensitive financial decisions.

3. Accounts and permissions

Keep login information confidential. Only invite people you intend to give access to a household. Tracker sharing privileges are controlled by the permissions of the application. Customers are responsible for entries they submit and for keeping household access up to date.

4. Receipts and user-supplied content

You may upload receipts that you are entitled to use. Avoid uploading unnecessary card numbers, identity documents, other people's private information, or sensitive data not needed for your receipt organization. The service may apply file-size, storage and AI-usage limits disclosed in the product.

5. AI-generated assistance

AI-generated receipt fields and financial answers can be inaccurate. Review information, especially monetary amounts, dates, merchants and categories, before relying on it or saving entries. See the AI disclosure.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

If paid products, subscriptions or usage packs are offered, their then-current prices, included allowances, renewal rules, cancellation options and refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase. The Google Play and Apple App Store terms may apply to in-app purchases. Exact commercial prices and packages are not established by this draft.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another customer's finances, bypass permissions, interfere with service security or misuse the system to submit unlawful material.

8. Availability and changes

The service may require maintenance. Feature availability can vary by platform and version; support policies and advance notice for material changes will be finalized before release.

9. Termination and deletion

You can initiate deletion through the app or the public account-deletion page. Where a household has several members, we must verify authority and determine how shared records are handled before deleting them.
